Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Traffsite: the email sending API, hosted mailboxes, webmail and the dashboard.

Agreement

By creating an account or using Traffsite you agree to these terms. If you use Traffsite for a company, you confirm you can bind that company.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract under Indian law.

What Traffsite provides

We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted delivery. Whether a message reaches an inbox also depends on the receiving provider, your domain setup and your content.

  • An email sending API for transactional messages such as sign-up codes, password resets, receipts and account notices.
  • Hosted mailboxes on domains you own, with webmail access.
  • A dashboard with message logs, API keys, templates, webhooks and a suppression list.

Your account

Give accurate details and keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account and keys. Tell us at once if you think a key has leaked, and rotate it from the dashboard.

You can turn on two-factor sign-in. We recommend it.

Domains and sending

You may send only from domains you own or control and have verified with the DNS records shown in the dashboard. Every message you send must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

Addresses that bounce permanently or that complain are added to your suppression list and are blocked automatically. You can review the list in the dashboard.

Prices, wallet and payments

Traffsite is prepaid. You add money to a wallet and spend it on email packs and mailboxes. Current prices are on the pricing page and are shown without GST. GST is added at checkout at the rate in force.

Wallet money does not expire, cannot be withdrawn and cannot be transferred. It can only be spent on Traffsite services. Email packs expire after the validity period shown when you buy them; expired credits cannot be used.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card details.

Refunds

  • A payment that failed or was charged twice is refunded to the original payment method.
  • A message that fails because of a fault on our side returns its credit to you.
  • A message that fails because of the recipient (for example an address that does not exist) keeps its credit used.
  • Unused wallet balance is not refunded when an account is closed.

Your content

You own the messages and data you send through Traffsite. You allow us to process, store and transmit them only to provide the service, keep logs, handle bounces and abuse, and meet legal duties.

You are responsible for having the right to send every message and for the rights of the people you write to.

Suspension and closure

We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, puts other customers or our sending reputation at risk, or is used for fraud. Where we reasonably can, we tell you first and explain why.

You can close your account at any time from your profile. Closing an account removes access to it. Data is deleted or anonymised as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

Traffsite is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. When a change matters, we will email the address on your account or show a notice in the dashboard. Using Traffsite after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.
