Packs are bought as needed, so this is a one-time cost for the volume you enter.

1 paisa for every 512 KB of each file, with a minimum of 1 paisa per file. It comes from your wallet on top of the email credit.

Each file can be up to 2 MB, 5 files and 5 MB in total per email. Prices exclude GST. If we fail to send, the fee goes back to your wallet.

New accounts get 20 test emails for 30 days. When you are ready, add at least ₹500 to your wallet and buy a pack from it. Wallet money never expires.

What does an email pack cover?: One credit per message we accept for sending. A pack with 10,500 credits is valid for 6 months. Credits that expire are not carried over.
What if a message fails?: If it fails because of a problem on our side, the credit goes back to you. If the recipient address does not exist, the credit stays used.
What do attachments cost?: 1 paisa for each 512 KB of every attached file, with a minimum of 1 paisa per file. A 100 KB invoice is 1 paisa and a 2 MB file is 4 paise. It is taken from your wallet on top of the email credit, and returned if we fail to send.
Is there a monthly fee?: No platform fee. You pay for packs when you need them and ₹20 per mailbox each month.
What happens to wallet money I do not use?: It stays in your wallet and never expires. It cannot be withdrawn, and it is not refunded if you close the account.
Is GST included?: Prices on this page exclude GST. 18% GST is added at checkout.
